BOOKINGS / RESERVATIONS:
The bookings of transfers, hotels, Riads, Excursions, Cars rental and all the contractual arrangements including Web-Site services or specific requests will be done and ensured by E-mail.
Any booking, confirmation or modification should be done in writing (Fax or E-mail) to the following E-mail address: contact@rania-event.com
Because of the numerous daily received requests, it is necessary to send us your detailed information and data to get an answer immediately.
For groups, it is advisable to proceed booking at least 6 months in advance in the high season (October, December, March, April, May), and at least 3 months in advance during the rest of the year.
For individual customers, it is advisable to send us your requests at least one month in advance in the high season and at least 2 weeks in advance for the rest of the year.
CONFIRMATION:
Rania Events & Services guarantees and accomplishes good services and satisfaction for its customers' needs. However, if your requested services are not available and unaccomplished, the agency promises you alternative proposals.
The proposal should be reconfirmed either by the customer or the agency customer according to labeled time scheduled.
Exceeding the fixed time, the customer request and the offer of the agency will be deemed as invalid.
Any booking carried out and confirmed by Rania Event & Services can be modified only once with no charged fees.
Any modification will be invoiced by 10 Euros.
CANCEL & MODIFICATION:
INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS:
- Any cancel received by Rania Event & Services in D-10 and more will not charge you any fees for cancelation.
- Any cancel received by Rania Event & Services between D-10 and D-5 will charge the customer 20% of the entire amount of the Performa Invoice.
- Any conceal received by Rania Event & Services between D-4 and the day of your arrival will charge the customer 50% fees from the entire amount of the Performa Invoice from the received deposit.
- Any No-Show the day of your arrival will involve the retention of all the regulated amounts.
GROUPS:
-Any partial or total conceal or modification in the program or services should be mentioned in your e-mail.
-A change or cancellation in the number of participants will involve a new cost quotation based on the modified figures.
- Cancellation happening after the payment of deposits will be dealt a follow:
* Before D-90: It will charge you 15 € fees for the file expenses.
* Before D-60: 30% of the paid deposit will be retained as expenses of the cancellation.
* Before D-30: 50% of the paid deposit will be retained as expenses of the cancellation.
*After D-30: The whole deposit will be retained as expenses of the cancellation.
Only for different specific conditions on the behalf of our suppliers, you will be informed in detail while you get our confirmation.
DEPOSIT:
INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS:
-A deposit of 30% should be sent the week following our confirmation.
The deposit has to be done at least 30 days before the arrival of the customer.
-The first deposit of 30 % has to reach us in the week following our confirmation of the arrangements required.
-A deposit of 70% has to be sent to us 45 days before the clients' arrival.
-Except different specific conditions on the behalf of our suppliers, the conditions that you will be informed about in detail while you receive our services confirmation.
-All the booked services in advance have to be paid to our agency Rania Event and our agency in turn will pay the suppliers of services.
-All the Extra-Services and requests ordered by the group have to be paid directly to the Suppliers of Services.
If they have to be included in the Master-Bill, they have to be subjected with a 10% VTA charge of our management.
-Except different specific conditions on the behalf of our suppliers, the conditions that you will be informed about in detail while you get the confirmation of Services requested.
COSTS :
- All the costs of the linked programs and services in our web-site are communicated in Euro. Yet, they have to be paid on this basis and are subjected to change with no notice.
COMPLAINTS :
Any complaint has to be formulated in writing before your departure from Morocco in order that we take it into consideration and also analyze it for better services and good management.
RESPONSIBILITY LIMIT :
Rania Event & Services profits from a professional civil Responsibility insurance to cover all the damages and loss that can be caused by the carelessness and mistakes of the agency staff. However, the agency acts as a broker between the customer, hotels, Restaurants, Airlines companies, transport entities and other suppliers.
Consequently, the agency cannot held and after reject the responsibility of damages, loss, harms (including death), change of schedules or irregularities out of its control.
Rania Event & Services maintain the right to modify the confirmed and arranged services and plans with or without notice in order to preserve the interests and safety of the concerned parts.
